1. Scope, Applicability, and Binding Nature
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Entrepreneur News, governing your access to and use of our website, digital magazines, mobile platforms, newsletters, events, awards programs, social media channels, paid features, subscriptions, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms apply to all users, including readers, contributors, advertisers, nominees, award participants, sponsors, partners, and featured individuals, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

ENTREPRENEUR NEWS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Contact Information
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
