An Early Love for Social Media
Amreen’s fascination with social media began when she was just 18. Spending hours experimenting on TikTok and Instagram, she learned how to engage audiences and grow her own page organically, though she didn’t realize at the time that these were the fundamentals of content marketing.
Her mother often questioned her long hours of editing and posting, unaware that this hobby was sowing the seeds for a future career. “Back then, I didn’t know that I was honing skills I’d later use as an expert,” Amreen recalls.
The First Steps
At 19, she took her first job as a telecaller at Purohit Academy, Andheri, an educational institution specializing in language training. While initially uncertain about her career path, she quickly gained expertise in sales, student psychology, and educational trends.
Amreen’s first major achievement came when she volunteered to manage the academy’s social media. She created a post for an Italian language webinar that went viral, generating 100+ organic leads—a milestone transformed her role from a telecaller to a social media manager.
Navigating Uncertainty
Despite her growing success, life had its curveballs. At 20, Amreen had to quit her job due to unforeseen circumstances, leaving her without an income or a clear plan.
There were also moments when health challenges slowed her down, but she remained committed to her vision.
“I was at home, frustrated and unsure about what to do next,” she says. “But instead of giving up, I started Googling language institutions and pitching them my services. At the time, I didn’t even know terms like ‘outreach’ or ‘cold pitching,’ but I was already doing it out of passion.” She secured clients who appreciated her innovative approach to social media management.
A Turning Point
A significant breakthrough came when she worked with Pratiksha Singh, founder of The Language Hub. Amreen helped grow the brand’s Instagram page to 16k+ followers, delivering viral posts and strategic campaigns. “I have worked with social media companies in past but the results Amreen delivers is mind blowing” Pratiksha says. She referred Amreen to multiple new clients. Gradually, Amreen expanded her services, working with clients across India, Germany, the United States, and Dubai. She invested in upskilling, learning Facebook Ads, Google PPC, website development, copywriting and more.
The Birth of Feliks Marketing LLP
In January 2023, at the age of 22, Amreen founded Feliks Marketing LLP. Starting small with outsourced freelancers, she steadily built a team of experts and interns, all while refining her leadership skills.
Her agency achieved a milestone in 2024 when LinkedIn recognised her as a Top Voice, a testament to her expertise and thought leadership in digital marketing.
A Stronger Team, a Bigger Vision
Recognizing the need for a strong support system, Amreen brought on board Kaushik Jethva as the Chief Business Officer and Co-founder of Feliks Marketing LLP.
Kaushik, an accomplished author and marketing expert, is playing a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s business strategies and growth. His extensive sales and marketing expertise, coupled with a shared vision for innovation, is helping scale Feliks Marketing LLP to new heights. “Together, we’re working towards creating strategies that redefine marketing for brands across industries” Amreen shares.
Strength Amid Struggles
Running Feliks Marketing LLP hasn’t been without its tests. Trusting the wrong people, managing financial challenges, and navigating unexpected hurdles have all shaped Amreen’s journey. Some collaborators breached contracts and used her trust to start their own ventures. Others failed to honor their commitments, leaving her to pick up the pieces.
“I learned the hard way that not everyone you trust will honor your trust,” Amreen reflects. “But every setback taught me how to protect my work, value my contributions, and move forward stronger.” Seeking legal advice became necessary at times to safeguard her business.

Today, at 23, Amreen leads Feliks Marketing LLP with a vision to redefine marketing strategies for brands worldwide. Her journey—from self-taught social media enthusiast to founder of a successful agency—is a beacon of hope for young entrepreneurs.
